Hull Barrett Welcomes New Associate Delta R. Pennington to Aiken Office

Hull Barrett is pleased to announce that Delta R. Pennington has joined the firm as an associate in our Aiken office. Delta will work with the Private Wealth transactional group, focusing on estate planning and real estate.
Prior to joining Hull Barrett, Delta gained valuable experience across multiple legal settings, including the Columbia County Superior Court, Augusta University, and a full-service law firm in Savannah. Her background reflects a strong foundation in both the legal and business aspects of her practice.
Delta earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served on the managerial board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and participated in the Business Law Clinic. She is also a published author in the field of intellectual property. Before law school, she graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
A native of Aiken, South Carolina, Delta enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
